Description

If the meat of our salted anchovies is pink, please do not be surprised. Pink is the real colour of the fish processed the same day and close to the same place where it was caught.

Ingredient: Anchovies, salt, brine.

PREPARATION & RECIPES:
Clean the salted anchovies and cut into small pieces. Peel the oranges, peel off the skin and slice; arrange on a dish and sprinkle with anchovies and olives. In a separate bowl pour the oil, add pine nuts, capers, hot pepper and dill and mix everything gently beating with a fork. As soon as the sauce is ready, pour over salad and let it stay around 5-10 minutes before serving.
