Description

This wine is made of 50% Gaglioppo and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon of ruby red color, harmonious with light forest fruit undertones aroma and fresh, rounded and velvety flavour. Aged for 18 months in French oak casks. A prodigiously substantial red wine, of copper-fleshed tannin, a balm to the nose with minty spices.

Alcoholic content: 14% / Serving temperature 18c – 20c

Roberto Ceraudo was among the first in Calabria to raise the vineyard under organic farming, olive groves and vineyards that are cultivated without the use of chemicals, but predicting weather and pest attacks huts with pheromone traps in sex appeal .
