Traditional Minestra Umbra with Porcini 500g

Authentic minestrone soup may take hours to make from scratch. Simply soak the contents of our traditionnal Minestra in water overnight, then pour into a pan, add a little olive oil and let it cook for an hour or so. Just like Nonna used to make, only a whole lot faster and easier. Words like O.G.M. and chemical fertilizers are absolutely unknown.
